My family has had the pleasure of calling northern Virginia "home" many times over my husband's military career, and my two children have attended Virginia schools at all levels. Seller reviewMiLyn is a friend and the only person we considered when deciding to sell. She exceeded our expectations in execution of the sale prep and process. She provided excellent recommendations to prepare our home and followed through with the contractor when we were out of town. She stayed on top of comparable sales in a very active market and secured the best sales price for our home. The buyers proposed a multi conditional offer that MiLyn researched and explained to us in terms of risk and benefit. We followed her recommendations and was under contract within a week of listing. We will use MiLyn again and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

She was constantly searching and sending us emails of new listings due to the fast market. She has great knowledge of the area and the market.
