Buyer reviewMindy went above and beyond in every way!! We currently live in Northern California and started looking for a property in San Diego. As you can imagine, it is extremely difficult to be physically 500 miles away from the location where you want to purchase a house. However, Mindy has made this entire process so smooth and manageable. There are a lot of components to buying a house and Mindy explained everything in details to us as we are first time home buyers. Mindy was always accessible with a phone call or a text. She was not pushy with any property. During the entire process, Mindy's top priority was for us to find our dream house and at a good price. She gave us all the facts and details so we could make informed decisions. We would highly recommend Mindy to anyone. It is easy to find agents out there with experience and knowledge but Mindy possess experience, knowledge and compassion. She does everything with heart.

In fact, Mindy was our life saver, she made our home purchase painless and pleasant. Mindy ensured everything went smoothly from purchase contract to closing of escrow. She kept in constant communication to ensure we were well informed on everything (even after hours and weekends). It gave me a sense of comfort to know that she had everything under control. Another reason why I would recommend Mindy because she put our interests first as a customer. For example, she negotiated tirelessly with the seller to get us over $7,500 credit towards closing and repair costs. I'd definitely be calling Mindy for my second home purchase (hopefully soon).

Seller reviewWe've just completed our fourth real estate transaction with Mindy as our agent. Accustomed to high performance, we asked Mindy to represent us for the sale of our home and she continued to provide excellent service as expected. This was a tough transaction due to assiduous buyers and the fact that we were out of the country during the escrow process. Mindy kept us informed on a daily basis in spite of the time difference. She wholeheartedly took on additional tasks and handled them meticulously and professionally. Because of Mindy's dedication, we were able to close escrow in a timely fashion.
