Seller reviewI had never sold a house before and really did not have a clue how to go about doing it. Miogene came recommended by a friend we have known for years and she was a great choice. I had lived in my house for over 30 years, and it was in need of quite a bit of work to get it into marketable condition. Miogene helped us by suggesting the best areas to spend money to fix up the looks of the house. She was a tremendous help in finding contractors to fix necessary repairs needed for the sale. Unfortunately, when we were ready to go to market, interest rates were rising which caused our prospective buyer pool to shrink a bit. Miogene helped us work through it, was always optimistic until the house finally sold. Miogene is extremely hard working, kept us informed constantly about what was going on. She made me feel like I was her only client and I was an important one.
