We were able to obtain the property we wanted in this competitive market due to her innovative negotiation skills. Miogene suggested a creative alternative to the terms of our offer in a sea of offers, making it more attractive to the seller than other buyers who were offering more money. She does her homework on each property, cultivates positive relationships with other real estate professionals, and is honest with her opinion about which properties may or may not be a good investment.
