Since we were purchasing a new home from Toll Brothers price negotiation was not an option. She was extremely helpful working with my wife at the design center and with Home Pro. Buyer reviewWe were hit with a terrible situation and had zero knowledge of the homebuying process, and needed to close and move in less than 2 months. From the jump Miogene understood our needs and was extremely responsive and helpful, we had a very tight timeline and she was understanding and accommodating of that. Her insight and experience in the area we were looking at was a huge plus for us. Over and over she went above and beyond our expectations for us, recommending a trusted loan officer with the bank we were wanting to use ( who was outstanding in their own right), always answering her phone or calling back within 5-10 minutes, explaining things that we didn't even know we didn't know, and being as personable as I would ever hope someone to be. I will never use or recommend anyone other than Miogene, she was simply the best we could have hoped for!
