Back in August 2020 we inquired about a piece of property.Miranda was the agent to show it to us.The property was not something we were interested in but,My wife and I both immediately liked Miranda I could tell she had her clients interest at heart. So we asked her to help us find a home. But as we were looking me and my wife spoted at a piece of property for sale by owner that was a good price so we bought it. even though she would not be making a commission she was very happy for us and kept in contact with us anyway. Well building on the property did not work out so,I called Miranda and asked her to list it for me to sell it and also to find me and my wife at home. Miranda was very thorough and attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to look at several houses on my behalf until she found the right one for me. She treated me like family and that means a great deal when relocating from another region in the country. I highly recommend her services. Miranda created a relaxed, warm and friendly, positive, and professional environment. She has a great sense of humor. She listened to our interests and very quickly developed an idea of our expectations. We never felt pressured to buy a house we did not want nor pressured to pound the pavement everyday or pressed for time. She assisted with searches to provide details and was familiar with the areas where we wanted to search. She allowed us to drive neighborhoods or search on the internet. Miranda, as our real estate agent, she was very resourceful and was with us every step of the way with reminders and lists of to do-s and dates. If she didn't have an answer, she would put me on the phone to her nearby co-worker. She was expeditious and persistent getting our survey completed from a company that seemed disorganized. Miranda met after hours on occasion to help out with getting boxes when our schedule was hectic. I had a job interview the same morning we were moving and Miranda was willing to help meet our movers that day and let them in if my husband had to work in the morning. Miranda is forward- thinker and made the difference for us during this unique time. We are happy to have chosen her. Job well done! My husband is not a U.S. citizen and while he does speak English, Miranda provided down-to-earth explanations of the process in order for him to grasp definitions and events in the buying/closing process. It was another learning experience for me as well. She definitely made our time and experience worth selecting her. Without a doubt, Miranda is very approachable, respectful, and trustworthy. We were very fortunate to have chosen her. If I had a question, she never questioned it. I could send her a late text after 5 or 6 p.m. and she would answer. Sometimes I would send an email a little later in the evening not expecting a response until the next day, however she responded. The perception of being able to back up a co-worker is powerful. I think there was a time or two where I had a financial or VA question and Miranda's co-worker spoke with me over the phone while the other was resourcing the answer or determining an approach. Thank you again for the time, patience, flexibility, and a relaxed environment. Absolutely enjoyed working with Miranda.
