Give her a task and it is done well and done on time. If you ask how I benefitted from her expertise, it was this: Jacksonville is a market on fire and if you lose you snooze. It may be the most competitive market in the country and coming here from Las Vegas, it was quite the culture shock. The frenzy to buy property here is nuts. Thank Gd, that I had Miranda on my side who was able to quickly assess the various potentials to do her great expertise, but even gave my cat Butters a run for his money when it comes to pouncing on opportunity. At the finish line I wound up with exactly what I was looking for. Many salespeople talk your ear off but lack in a most critical area, listening. Miranda listened to me, and my taste and desires were reflected in every property shown. All I can say is this: If you are looking for a realtor, you would be foolish to even consider anyone else than Miranda Ferrara. Kudos Miranda, we won!
