Buyer reviewMissy Mendoza helped us the previous year when we made a bid on a home and I got cold feet and backed out. A year later, she helped us find our condo. She didn't hold it against us that we blew her sale previously. As we lived out of state, we toured remotely through multiple properties with her. She'd check under sinks, check water pressure, garage space and all the details that matter. After making a bid- Missy kept us informed as to what next steps needed to be taken. Since we couldn't be there for the home inspection, Missy was there when the inspector made his rounds. There aren't enough adjectives to portray how patient, smart, sweet, knowledgeable, available, prompt, she is.
