When first researching information about Mr. Del Valle, The first thing that drew my attention were the great reviews from previous home buyers/sellers. Since I am prior military, the fact Mr. Del Valle is prior military drew me in most of all. Mr. Del Valle's combined extensive military background and impressive reviews, I knew Mr. Del Valle and I would be able to communicate effectively and be able to have a successful realtor/client relationship. Mr. Del Valle continuously kept me informed during all stages of the sale and ensured full comprehension of all items that I was not familiar with. Even when there were no updates to be had, he would call to let me know what he was doing to ensure the process did not stall or to explain why we were having to wait. Mr. Del Valle's performance is to be commended and hopefully emulated by all realtors who have the privilege of working with and learning from him. He is a master of balancing professionalism, building rapport, and communicating all aspects of the home selling process. I never thought I'd enjoy the process of selling a home as much as I did while working with him. Vickie Williams, from the Law office of Jeffrey E Radford, was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was available during business hours and off business hours to address all of my concerns. Highly recommend her to anyone needing to address legal concerns or looking to sell a home with Century 21 in Fayetteville!! When I found out at the last minute that I needed to change to payment method after my home sold, she was able to accommodate me and my family with ease! Mr. Mitcheal was very helpful and listened to my needs and wants. I felt comfortable working with him given his dedication and knowledge in the industry. My process was shorter than expected which was great.

Since we were in another state I felt it was important that our agent understood our needs and had great communication skills. We found both with Mitch from the get go. Since he was also was a former military that ranked highly with my husband being retired military himself. He also came with great recommendation from a good friend. Since Mitch was out of the country after we got the contact, both Mike and Courtney stepped in and helped with the final negotiations. They were both very helpful. Mike took time to make me feel at ease with process until Mitch returned . If we ever needed to buy a house in North Carolina I would most definitely use Mitch and the team at century 21 Family realty.
