Buyer reviewMitch Graves has excellent knowledge of the South Bay area housing situation and, having dealt with him in a previous transaction, I called on him to help me find a suitable place to which to downsize. He knew the right questions to ask to determine what I needed so to avoid wasting time looking at unsuitable sites. He made the entire process smooth and even helped get new light bulbs to replace some that were not working. After I moved in Mitch called to be sure that all was well and if I needed help with anything. An extra added attraction was that Mitch referred me to a CPA to help me with my tax returns.
