Mr. Mitch Graves went far beyond exceptional in handling this process. The situation was especially challenging due to the circumstances—court involvement, a tenant (my ex-wife) who was unwilling to sell, and a very difficult personality to navigate. Despite all of this, Mr. Graves remained consistently polite, professional, and well-informed throughout the court proceedings.
