Her friendly and laid-back personality were a big comfort when we were stressed. We relied pretty heavily on her since we're not familiar with the area where we purchased her home. Her knowledge and willingness to answer questions was priceless. As far as I'm concerned Mitzie is our realtor for life.

Mitzie was willing to assist with a few unique needs and went above and beyond on other needs. She had knowledge and also was honest if O was asking for assistance in something she didn't have specific experience with but was definitely willing to take on the task (live property auction and courthouse follow up during waiting period) and she was excellent and honest I was a buyer agent for years in northeast and look for honesty, diligence, and knowledge, service to the client. I have the greatest respect for Mitzie; she met my every expectation for a top agent.

Seller reviewI was desperate to sell my house and willing to take a substantial loss just to get rid of it. Mitzi was good from start to finish. I even raised her commission to 7% because I was so satisfied with her performance. I sold the house for far more than I thought I would ever get.
