Especiallly since I resided in another state (Virginia) selling a home in Fayetteville, NC. Mitzie attention to detail through the entire process was smooth and stress free. She was very patient with me and eplained every step and answered every question with promptness. There were some repairs that had to me done, she contacted the differnet contractors for each project ensured repairs were completed. Because of that we were still able to close and a timely manner. I will highly recommend Mitizie to anyone looking for knowledge and professionalism in real estate.

Buyer reviewMitzie Newman is an excellent agent to work with, she is very knowledgeable, and agent you can trust. We are living in Germany so time difference was an issue but she always answers questions, showed us houses no problem. Mitzie sold our last house before we moved to Germany so without hesitation I wanted her as our agent again. We had to terminate 2 contracts before finding our house, Mitzie executed our wishes without judgement. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy their next property.

Seller reviewThe most important quality I needed in my agent was clear communication and Mitzie does/did so well at that. Not only does she utilize the technology and systems that automate communication, she contacted me directly at least weekly to update me on price, showing feedback, and details about the transaction. During our particularly unique deal, there was a delay with the title at the county level. Mitzie went above and beyond to get us to closing by contacting the county clerk to find out what the issue was, then finding and contacting the CEO of the tech company that was causing the delay. Thank you for being an integral part of making this sale successful!
