Molly kept us informed of what was happening with the sale of our mother's home. The first few months were slow due to the weather. She checked on the property to let us know what it looked like since we don't live in the area. When the first sale of the property fell through Molly put the house right back on the market and let previous interested parties know it was back on the market. We had new buyers with in the week. I would definitely recommend Molly for anyone who was looking to buy or sell their homes.

Molly was friendly and understanding of our needs and concerns. Thanks to her help we had an offer only a week after the house was put up for sale. She kept us up to date during the entire process. This was critical since we had already moved out of state. She gave us tips on how to stage the house and drove by to check on it from time to time.
