We had contacted another agent from another agency prior to working with Molly. There was a delay in that person getting back to us the first and future attempts. The motivation to work with us and interest in us was very poor. When a friend recommended Molly (who also knew this other agent), we were interested. My friend texted Molly my information. Within an HOUR Molly called us. Within a couple days we were meeting with her in person. This motivation and interest in us and working for us continued until we found our current home to buy as well as continued on as we used her to sell the home we just moved out of. I'll be honest, it was less the agency of Century 21 (which I do like), that we were drawn to, but rather the agent, Molly, that tied it up. Thanks for everything.

We listed the exact same house the summer before with another agent and broker. Molly compared to them was night and day. I wish we had used Molly from the get go. Molly was able to quickly sell our home. She was able to bring us a couple of offers within 1 week of the listing! Molly was quick to respond to both us and the agents working with the buyers, which helped move the sale along quickly. Molly listens to what you as a client are looking for on both the buying and selling end of things. Molly helped us find our new house as well as helping us sell our old house. We have recommended Molly to friends and we would be sure to use her again in the future for any of our real estate needs!
