Molly came highly recommended by a family member and she was willing to take us on as a client immediately upon our first contacting her. Molly went the extra mile to help us find a place, in part because we (or me) are very pickey about what we wanted. She got us in to see the houses we wanted quickly and helped us make our final selection. I can't say enough about how patient she was with us during the selection process. She also handled all the communications between us and the seller through the seller's agent quickly and efficiently.

After meeting Molly Nye, we knew we were making the right decision by selecting to use her as our broker. Molly always had our best interest in mind which made us feel very comfortable. She was very honest, trustworthy, knowledgable, and great at negotiating. We were able to get ahold of her if we had any questions, contracts were sent back in a timely manner, and changes communicated clearly. Molly is knowledgable of all the communities and surrounding areas and would give us her honest opinion which we really appreciated as we are not native Floridians. Really cannot say enough positive things about Molly and our experience. She always went above and beyond for us. It has been a couple of months since we closed and Molly still checks in to see how we are doing and if we have any questions about our house. She was very helpful at all stages of the buying process and still continues to be. As first time home buyers, we are so incredibly happy we used Molly.
