I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I have lived in South Tampa since 2004 and have been involved with numerous sports leagues and community activities, including The Board of Directors for Florida Hospital. I went to Florida State University where I played Varsity soccer all 4 years. I have been a Realtor since 2004 with Century 21 Bill Nye Realty. My wife and I were referred to Molly Nye by the President of our condo association. Molly responded quickly to my call and we got the units listed right away, knowing that this was going to be a tough sale going in didn't phase Molly at all and she went right to work and brought us an offer for about 22% higher than the condo complex owners were paying for similar units in the resort. As I said we knew that this was going to be a tough sale --- But Molly made it happen and we are very pleased with her positive attitude and outgoing personallity and even more pleased with the final results.

I couldn't have found anyone better to assist me in finding my new home. She is extremely knowledgeable of Tampa and surrounding areas. She knew my preference's, had great suggestions and showed me numerous options. She was constantly monitoring the market and notified me whenever she saw a new listing that met my criteria.
