Molly Nye did a great job from leading us through a showing of our dream home to helping us come up with an appropriate bid to signing the contract. We very much enjoyed that she's not pushy, but very detail oriented. We've had bad experiences with real estate agents in the past and we could not be more thankful that we found one of the best with the purchase of our new home!

After working with another broker/agency in our search, and several failed deals, it was a welcome relief when several friends recommended Molly. From the start she knew exactly what we were looking for and went to work for us finding the perfect house. In knowing the area in and out, she even knew when a house we suggested to see was either on a busy street, or had some other quirky thing that we may not have thought of. She was always able to accommodate a showing very quickly which was needed in the area we were buying. When we finally found the house we wanted to pursue, Molly was a huge help in getting us in for a showing and getting our contract in ASAP. She was on top of everything from contract negotiation and re-negotiation to preparing a step by step list of all of the things we needed to do for deposit, inspection, mortgage application, paperwork, and closing.
