I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I have lived in South Tampa since 2004 and have been involved with numerous sports leagues and community activities, including The Board of Directors for Florida Hospital. I went to Florida State University where I played Varsity soccer all 4 years. I have been a Realtor since 2004 with Century 21 Bill Nye Realty. Buying and selling your home is an important decision and I believe communication is the key in facilitating the ultimate goal to a successful transaction. Buyer reviewMolly showcased local knowledge, negotiations & multi-clients extremely well. We never felt as if Molly had any others clients except for us, which if you know Molly, you know she is highly sought after. We never felt rushed once, we knew we would know when the house was right.... a few houses later, she found our current home at the beaches. She knew where we belonged the entire time, even when we didn't. I am so happy that my husband's colleague used her and sent her our way after having a not-so-pleasant experience with a different broker. From our realtor to our friend - thank you Molly!

Buyer reviewAs we were located out of state Molly Nye really was our "boots on the ground". She was way more than that- went above and beyond with communication, took care of everything, and really made us feel that we were in good hands. On moving day I felt like I already had a friend at my new home! She gave 110% in every step of the way, even checked in from her vacation in Alaska on our closing day! This was the best experience I've ever had with a realtor! I would recommend Molly to everyone looking for a realtor!
