I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I have lived in South Tampa since 2004 and have been involved with numerous sports leagues and community activities, including The Board of Directors for Florida Hospital. I went to Florida State University where I played Varsity soccer all 4 years. I have been a Realtor since 2004 with Century 21 Bill Nye Realty. From our first interaction with Molly, we knew immediately that she was both knowledgeable and approachable. As we changed in our timeline as to when we were considering purchasing a home she was very flexible and understanding or our situation. Once we were ready to start actively seeing homes, she made herself extremely available at all kinds of weird times and days of the week that would work for us to view homes. We also cant say that Molly is anything less than fantastic in regards to communication, she was able to call or text seemingly at all times. As we got closer to closing, she was a real bulldog with pushing to make things were ready and moving forward from all the parties involved. I'm very thankful for having to have Molly help us through the house buying process. Thanks Molly!
