I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I have lived in South Tampa since 2004 and have been involved with numerous sports leagues and community activities, including The Board of Directors for Florida Hospital. I went to Florida State University where I played Varsity soccer all 4 years. I have been a Realtor since 2004 with Century 21 Bill Nye Realty. Buying and selling your home is an important decision and I believe communication is the key in facilitating the ultimate goal to a successful transaction. Buyer reviewMy family and I were exploring property in Florida when my wife found a townhome that fit all of our requirements/desires. I contacted my friend at Morgan & Morgan for a referral, and he recommended Molly Nye right away. We contacted Molly and on short notice she was able to arrange a showing the next day and help us with the pre-approval process with lenders. Over the next couple days we successfully made an offer, which was accepted. Molly was always helpful answering questions and communicating with the seller's realtor. She was very understanding of our situation given that we are from Colorado and only could be present for a short time. The exchange of electronic documents went very smoothly and we could always call her with questions. She went up and above the call of duty helping us to arrange storage for some furniture we had bought. We would absolutely recommend Molly Nye to anyone interested in buying property in the Tampa/St. Pete area.
