Seller reviewThe first time my husband and I worked with Molly Wendt we had been transferred to the area, were commuting over 150 miles round trip for work and needed to find a place quickly. We had only owned one home prior so were pretty inexperienced to the process. We had a couple of realtors show us a couple of places but we just didn't click with them. Either too pushy or to inexperienced. Then we met Molly. She is very personable and she actually listened to what we were looking for and found us a great place. She made the process very easy. Many years later when we decided it was time to sell the property, we immediately called Molly. Just as before, she picked up the ball and ran with it. The place was sold much faster than we expected. She gets things done amazingly fast, keeps you continually updated and is just a pleasure to be around. We know we have at least one more move in our future and when the time comes, we hope to have the pleasure of working with Molly Wendt again.

Seller reviewduring the first phonecall she was very knowledgeable and friendly, when we met first she was just awesome! She had a top photographer coming out,and advertisment was perfect as well, it was posted on unbelievable many sites online and said pending (we already had signed) .... Molly did such a great job and we sold the house before it got listed. We wanted to put it on the market on 05/15 and had 2 showings before and the second couple made an offer. They accepted our counter offer on 05/11 and then it went VERY fast. After we accepted we had some hail and so hail damage on the roof .... Molly had ideas how to handle as closing was set for 06/17 and all roofing companies were busy. She gave advice and helped a lot. Even my mother in law who has been in the real estate business was blown away how Molly handled everything. Molly Wendt was always here when we needed her, very professional and helpful with the issues we had. Molly was PERFECT .... she ROCKS!!!
