I selected Molly Wendt for several reasons which include, her knowledge of the real estate business, her personal warmth when dealing with me, her ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations during the buying/selling process, and her great sense of humor which just made the encounters with her more fun and appealing! Molly is the best! A friend of mine offered to buy my house so Molly didn't need to do her normal routine of selling the house, however, she was a valuable and necessary asset in my ability to get all of the legal procedures accomplished and communications with the buyer and her real estate agent. I have used Molly previously in buying & selling another home and she did an excellent job then with all of these other issues that were not applicable for this most recent sale. I can't say enough good things about Molly! I truly enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her to my friends or to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

After telling her my problem Molly was always there. Molly was always willing to show me houses and would even help me understand how things work and what to look for when looking at an older home. Molly walked me through every step of the way and made sure all i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Receptionist was always nice and called me by name and other sales staff would say hi when I saw them

I had heard positive feedback from others in the community about Molly Wendt. I had seen her ads regarding homes for sale in the news paper and liked the way she presented the homes for sale. I was so glad to have Molly by my side through this transaction. Her knowledge and guidance was a great help to me. She was professional and efficient and kept me informed at every step of the way. It was a pleasure working with Molly.
