Seller reviewMonica was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and successful . From getting the property ready to list, listing, and advertising she was full steam ahead. She had the property listed and over 28 showing scheduled in the matter if a week. We showed over the course of a weekend a d had 8 offers on Monday. Monica went over those offers with us in detail explaining the postives and negatives of each. We relied on her judgment of those offers and ultimate sold our property feom the selected offer. Monica stayed in near constant communication throughout the process and provided all requested documentation throughout. Absolutely wonderful to work with!
