Monica Camerata did a great job selling a longtime family home in Clyde Ohio. She really listened to our goals and timeline and helped us to make the most profit from a quirky property. She was a straight shooter in helping us to determine our plan and communicate among all of us sellers (four!) Her job wasn't easy--the weather was terrible, her sellers all lived away from the property location, some in different time zones, and others with international travel. She seemed to read our minds and also the minds of the potential buyers and even the finance team. We closed much earlier than anticipated and with less stress. Her professionalism showed in her comfort with current methods of communication and marketing and her speed in responding to our questions and needs. She also had a team that she could call on to do some of the prep and upkeep so we didn't have to handle that remotely. Stellar!...

As stated in a previous question, my fiancé and I were expecting a poor experience buying our first house, expecting a realtor to either take advantage of our ignorance or to just not try hard in finding a home that fit us. Monica, however, was just an incredible person to work with. I would reccomend her to anyone. She was with us every step of the way to answer questions and help us through the home buying process, she was straight with us when we were looking at houses with terrible potential.
She has a pretty good read on people and knew we were going to buy the house we bought before we even looked at it. She is incredible at her job, and her success is proof that people simply enjoy a realtor that cares about the people they represent and look out for their best interests.
The bottom line is, Monica is just absolutely incredible....
