Seller reviewI previously dealt with a broker who came on recommendation with no success. In my opinion recommends and does what she has to do to sell a property, communicates as though I was her only client at the moment. When Monica first called me she suggested a plan of attack and followed it up with a proposal in writing. Not only that Monica would always follow up. If Monica was unable to meet with me she sent a representative. And a good one at that.. Monica always kept me informed during the entire process, start to closing. Thank u Monica.

With Monica and her team it felt so easy and I did not feel stressed one bit they took very good care of me and made it painless From the second I met Monica to find out what house I'm looking for all the way down to closing day it was a breeze Monica is very down to earth and will push herself hard to get the perfect house for you. The broker staff was awesome! They were very knowledgeable and worked very fast Monica was great! When deciding which house to choose she was very open on ideas and would always answer her phone when I needed her

Seller reviewMonica was great.She took time to listen to what we wanted and advised us on all the pros and cons . She understood this was our home for forty years and how hard it was to leave it. Monica understood our ups and downs with the sale and made it easier for us with strangers coming into our home. Any question we asked she found and gave us a understanding answer. I have told many of our friends about Monica and when they are ready to move on I know she will be called. I must also say when we went to close Monica looked over the sale papers again and found some errors and she took over and got them fixed before she would let us sign Great job!!! As you can tell we thought the world of Monica .She made this so easy for us and we re not easy people .
