Seller reviewI interviewed several real estate brokers, and Monica Fowlds blew the others out of the water. She arrived prepared with an impressive market analysis and had a detailed plan of how she would get my house sold. I appreciated that she did not focus on open houses (I was not thrilled with the idea of having lots of people traipse through my home just to check it out) and instead focused on starting with beautiful, professional pictures, a strong online presence, door-to-door connections with my neighbors, working connections with boaters (our home was on the water with Gulf access) and marketing to other brokers. I felt that her feedback was honest, prompt and realistic. I would highly recommend her to family and friends!
