Buyer reviewMy wife and I have bought and sold a number of other homes. In-fact, I sold our Mpls home by myself through FSBOHomes. I have been in sales &/ or sales management for over 35 years so I was probably not the easiest prospect to work with. However, Monica is best real estate sales person I have ever worked with and I would not hesitate to work with her again. I have already referred some other people to her because I know she would do an excellent job for them and I would be pleased to be associated with her.

Monica showed us several properties last year and continued to send us listings all year while we were home in Illinois. Upon returning to Ft Myers this past January she quickly showed us several properties and we selected one. She provided excellent support as we negotiated the seller down in price . Monica recommended an excellent mortgage company and assisted in working with homeowners and condo association. We wanted to close quickly and she was able to coordinate an early close on the property. We are exceptionally satisfied and have already referred friends from Illinois to Monica who are also wanting to purchase in the Ft Myers area.
