I would recommend Monica Medley without hesitation, especially if you are a remote owner. She communicates very well, and is obviously very experienced. She knows her territory and the important details of marketing and transactions. We live 600 miles away, but relative who checked out our lots was pessimistic about selling them. We needed to sell the lots, but my attempts to locate realtors in the area were unsuccessful. I reached out to a couple but got no response. We started searching again, and Monica's site caught my eye because she posted a plat of the development that contained our lots. I was pleasantly surprised by Monica's willingness to work on properties with relatively low commission. Overall, she has provided results well beyond our expectations.
