We had a terrible experience working with our first broker and mortgage company, we wasted over 8 months going back and forth, jumping hurdle after hurdle in the end to be right back at square one. I had expressed my frustration with a coworker that told recommended Monica. I was skeptical at first but after our first conversation I knew she was going to get the job done for us. I explained my situation with Monica and within a few hours she had put everything together that we needed, explained the process, and made sure we never felt lost about anything or any step. We were in a different situation with a tight deadline, Monica never wasted a minute, each issue that arose she had a solution, she is an absolute worrier. To say she was a godsend is an understatement. I can say without a doubt we would not be in our house today if it wasn't for Monica.
