Seller reviewWe was moving for my husbands work. We had two agents meet with us. I know as soon as Monica walked in our house and told us a little about herself, that she was the one I wanted to help sell our house. She was always available for any questions we had a long the way. It was an amazing pleasure getting to work with her.

Monica's handling of the sale was amazing, garnering an acceptable offer on the sale of the home in under a week. She fielded and answered all communications regarding the inspection and closing process, in a knowledgeable and timely manner. My overall sales experience with Monica was stress-free and pleasing, as this was my first time ever buying and selling a home. Monica is a truly amazing real estate agent and person to work with. She is professional, very kind and caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend her to any friends and/or family looking to purchase a new home or sale their existing home.

She could tell that we didn't really like the house we were looking at with our former Realtor and told us to not feel like we had to buy it. She was looking out for us. So we decided to use her when it came time to start looking again. Monica was nothing short of professional and so dedicated to help us make our dream a reality. We cannot thank her enough for all that she helped us with. On top of all of that, Monica is a very kind soul and wants nothing but the best for everybody around her.
