Seller reviewMonica is very attentive and made our interests her number one priority. She carefully sits down at the start of the sale and asks all the things that are needed to properly select the sales price and then thoroughly does comps to make appropriate recommendations. After we didn't have much success at the top of our sales price, she suggested lowering some to get some more looks and it worked perfectly! House appraised at sales price and we closed without hiccups.
