Buyer reviewMonica was so helpful and informative . there was no need for me to even consider another broker . She was there to answer all my stupid questions day or night . She made the whole house buying experience a pleasant one because I have heard of horror stories of people trying to buy house . I definitely would recommend her to anybody that is even considering on buying a house !!! Like I said before Monica made it a pleasant experience buying the house I had no idea what I was getting myself into she help me along the way step-by-step and it made it so much easier . If I had a question she was right there to answer it . She definitely is the total package . You are lucky to have her !! She was always right there I never had to deal with any other staff members Overall if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing !! Monica came through 100%

Buyer reviewI was potentially going to work with another broker who found houses for my parents and uncle, but she did not seem to be the right person for me as a first time home buyer and being younger than my parents and uncle. Monica Phu, however, was a dream find from a recommendation from my coworker. It was like meeting up and looking for a house with an old friend. She was always looking out for me! Monica was fantastic when it came to showing me homes in the areas I wanted to be in and the size/bed/baths/large yard I was looking for. She was great during the negotiations getting me closing costs as well as credits and ensuring things were completed after the inspections. If I ever had a question I could contact Monica via, phone, text or email and she would respond the same day. Monica was wonderful to work with. It made the experience of buying my first home not so daunting. She was always upbeat and positive and I knew I could trust her with such a big purchase. Monica came highly recommended from a good friend/coworker. Had I not met up with her and chose someone else I don't think I would have had such a wonderful experience. I will be sure to sing her praises more so than I did when I was working with her to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home!

Buyer reviewI am glad we heard about Monica Phu through relatives and used her as our agent in purchasing the recent condo. Short sale deals are more complicated but she lead us through the process with confidence and ease. Monica was patient with us before, during and after. She would take time to show us many places before we landed our eyes on a right one. She was prompt, enthusiastic, patient, accessible, positive, and truthful. We got the place we absolutely love and call it home.
