After years of summers at Lake Wallkill and vacations down the Shore, my husband and I chose Middletown to raise our daughter-and our dogs. With its beaches, parks, farms, and local businesses, Monmouth County truly offers the best of everything.

Buyer reviewI've known Monica my entire life, however, using her as my realtor got me seeing an entirely new side of her. She has always been kind, compassionate and understanding but as a realtor she was able to meld all these wonderful attributes and so many more seamlessly. Her team was able to get through everything in front of us (including a pandemic) to get us from offer to closed in 35 days. That's beyond outstanding. We saw probably 50 houses in the course of house hunting, almost all with my 4 month old baby in tow. Monica was patient, didnt force us into any decisions and helped with our daughter every single time we went out. She communicated promptly at all houses of the day and never let us think she was too busy or had other clients. We lost out on multiple houses due to contingencies in our offers and Monica again never lost faith. We ended up finding the perfect house with her help. She even came over after closing to see if we needed any help since our movers cancelled (again, due to pandemic). Thank you again, Monica, for all your help!!!
