I am a Brooklyn born girl with long time New Jersey roots, my family spent our summers at Lake Wallkill in northwest New Jersey and always had a week or so down the Shore. When it came time to buy a home, my husband and I chose Middletown in Monmouth County to raise our daughter. With everything it has to offer (the Shore, parks, golfing, small farms, local Mom and Pop stores, fine dining and theaters...the list goes on), it is the perfect location to make a home! Coming from 25 years in the Financial and Retail industries, I utilize my range of skills to ensure that my clients can list their current home and buy their dream home, stress free. Understanding the challenges that come with moving to a new town, not just a new home, I work closely with my clients to ensure their transition is smooth and enjoyable. We have bought and sold real estate several times but never with a more professional and knowledgeable agent as Monica Reddin. We began this journey many months before the actual listing and house hunting even began. Monica got to know our likes and dislikes very quickly. Make no mistake Monica knows what needs to be done to sell your home and is quite emphatic about it!! We soon realized she was absolutely correct(I cannot believe I just said that!) Through all the Corona virus issues presented to all of us Monica certainly shined.Many texts, phone calls back and forth, leaving messages, asking questions, and requesting paperwork led to a very successful outcome. We are truly grateful and blessed to have worked with Monica and our friendship will certainly last for many years. Thank you Monica

I've known Monica my entire life, however, using her as my realtor got me seeing an entirely new side of her. She has always been kind, compassionate and understanding but as a realtor she was able to meld all these wonderful attributes and so many more seamlessly. Her team was able to get through everything in front of us (including a pandemic) to get us from offer to closed in 35 days. That's beyond outstanding. We saw probably 50 houses in the course of house hunting, almost all with my 4 month old baby in tow. Monica was patient, didnt force us into any decisions and helped with our daughter every single time we went out. She communicated promptly at all houses of the day and never let us think she was too busy or had other clients. We lost out on multiple houses due to contingencies in our offers and Monica again never lost faith. We ended up finding the perfect house with her help. She even came over after closing to see if we needed any help since our movers cancelled (again, due to pandemic). Thank you again, Monica, for all your help!!!

Monica was very friendly and personable when I first reached out. She was honest about how she worked as she exemplified that as we worked with her. It didn't feel like she was selling her service to us and we knew we had the right realtor. As our first time buying a home the process was extremely stressful and confusing at times. Monica was great at elevating many of those fears and assuring us we were making the right decision for our family.

Monica did an amazing job listening to our needs and what mattered most. She showed us every house we wanted to see and guided us towards homes we didn't realize were listed within our budget and requirements. She was always friendly, attentive, and caring. When working with her she felt more like family than anything else which really made me value her opinion and suggestions. She pointed out things I didn't realize I would love and also things I didn't consider to be an issue. She was honest, upfront, and exactly the right fit we needed when purchasing our first home.
