I had some experience with other realtors who would not return calls, or failed to arrive at showings. Others would not listen to my needs. Monica had a great attitude through out this whole long process. She was in daily contact with the brokers regarding this difficult financing because of my being self employed. She also was a big help with getting phone numbers for utilities, mail, trash, etc. Monica worked diligently for many weeks to make this difficult closing happen. Without doubt, I would recommend Monica Wert. 5 STARS

Monica Wert is very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable in her field, and always did a great job on any task we needed from her. She showed us a few other houses before we chose, and was very patient, which is key for being a first time home buyer. She helped negotiate price to what I was expecting to pay, and went out of her way to always make sure we were happy during the whole process. I will recommend Monica to anyone!

I met Monica Wert when she was the agent for the sellers. Although she did not have to, she made herself available to me for after-the sale-care because of her knowledge of the area. Monica was more helpful than my own agent when I needed some recommendations for various services. When I moved to another state, and I had to leave the selling of my house to a trusted, capable agent, I knew that I needed Monica. Selling a property from another state can be nerve-wrecking but Monica made it an easy and almost stress-free experience for me. Monica gave me peace of mind by maintaining the house to a tip-top shape, finding someone to mow the yard, and checking up on the house frequently. With her help, I was able to sell my house in a relatively short period of time in a rural area. THERE'S NO ONE BETTER ! We went through 3 realtors before finding Monica and we wish she was the first. Absolutely outstanding job ! If you want someone who actually cares about her career and truly helping you find your dream home then look no further. She answers her calls, works overtime, and gets the job done unlike any other in this profession. She doesn't put pressure on you , just herself at making sure your happy ! We were truly blessed finding such an amazing person to help stake our ground for a permanent home we could be satisfied in forever.
