Monica was incredible throughout this process. She was very knowledgeable, she always knew what was going on, what was going to happen next, what we could expect, and what we needed to do. She was always available for any questions or concerns, any day and time. I was very nervous about things and she was very reassuring. She helped me every step of the way, I couldn't have done this without her! My son and I wtll be forever grateful to her! We love our new home! Purchasing this property was a new experience for us. Monica Wert's help was invaluable. From showing us properties that were in line with our desires to getting us contact information for home insurance in the area, title insurance and settlement services, local utilities for the change over without loss of service, calling our insurance agent to help expedite the quote, copying all the original owners inspection sheets, setting up meetings with the original owner to show us all we needed to know about our new house, moving the closing date up as we were very excited to close on our new property and start enjoying it. I can't overstate how comfortable she made us through the whole process and how much we appreciated having access to her any time we needed help. Monica made recommendations about what we should do to sell the property. When we didn't do all of them she did not remind us about it, just did what she does best. She was always easy to contact and returned emails and calls in a timely fashion.

Monica was our agent when we purchased our home in August of 2018. This time we were the sellers and had asked Monica to travel an hour and a half to come to our house to be our agent. She graciously accepted. Monica was available to us for many questions we had throughout the whole process. She even made calls for us to get people in for estimates for work we needed done from inspections due to my husband and I working full time and trying to get all of this done in a short period of time to make our settlement date. Monica is very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome to contact her anytime no matter how simple our question or issues. She is great at explaining everything very clearly and keeping and open line of communication with us. I would highly recommend Monica to everyone.
