My father recently purchased a property through Monica Wert in Lewistown while living in California. There are certainly obstacles when purchasing a property that you have never entered, and with living on the other side of the country. My father is also a very detailed oriented man that has high expectations from the people he is working with. My Dad was extremely impressed with Monica's professionalism and her ability to acquire all of the answers to the many questions that he had. That alone made my decision to select Monica as our agent. I also had several encounters with her as I was the middle man between her and my father throughout this transaction and I was very happy to be dealing with Monica. The property that we purchased was listed through a different broker. When I called Monica about taking a look at it, she immediately took charge and got it scheduled. Every step of the way she kept me updated on every aspect of what was going on. The purchase went great and Monica made everything as simple as possible and got me the answers to all of my questions very efficiently. I am currently involved with selling a property that we flipped. Without hesitation I called Monica to sell the property for us. Monica stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process and we are set to close on it this week.
