Monica has truly found her calling in real estate and I find it ironic that she would work for an agency that has Above and Beyond as part of their name. Our experience with her has been nothing but Above and Beyond! Monica is a full time agent. That was important to us because we needed someone who was available to show our property or meet with us, at any time. She is passionate and aggressive in her pursuit of a buyer. A real go getter, it is no surprise that she has won many awards. She wasted no time in getting pictures taken and doing all the necessary paperwork. Monica was always quick to respond to our phone calls. Even my husband's, at 7 in the morning! And she kept us informed every step of the way. Being that we didn't live in the area, some of the paperwork could be completed on the internet. That was a real plus. If Monica says she is going to sell your property, she is ! And last but not least, she is truly a real genuine person. Someone you can trust and feel comfortable with. God puts the right people in your life at the right time. Patient, Hard working, Accurate and Friendly...She is all of these! We never waited for replies from her. she was right on every question or request that we had as soon as she possibly could be. She never showed even a tiny bit of aggravation toward us as we searched to find just what we were looking for! I think since this is the second investment property she has sold us in a year and a half, she has truly learned our likes and dislikes. I think this entire questionnaire constitutes a testimonial for Monica Wert. There was nothing that Monica did not do excellently, but what most impressed me was her devotion to her job. I felt as if she were my private broker and had nothing else to do except ride herd on my problems. This was not a work standard that is seen very often nowadays.
