Seller reviewMonica was excellent in selling our house! After Monica listened to my wants and needs, she came up with a game plan. She knew exactly what we needed to do in order to sell our house. During the process of selling, Monica kept me informed the entire time. She was easy to work with and went above and beyond to sell our house. If I ever had to sell again, I would call Monica in a heart beat!

Seller reviewMy husband and I met Monica kind of by accident almost two years ago. We pulled into the driveway of a house being sold and soon after Monica showed up to show the house to another couple. Much to our surprise, we introduced ourselves to Monica and exchanged information and our relationship took off. Monica showed us several houses. She was extremely patient with us. There was no pressure. If we had questions, Monica had answers or she would find the answers for us. She always said that finding the right house should not be a rushed deal. She would also say that we would know the house when we knew it. It would just come to us. And she was so right. Monica played several roles from realtor, to friend, to therapist at times. I feel blessed that we were able to make a connection with such a great person. Thanks for all you do Monica!

Buyer reviewwhen my husbandsend out an internet email , it was minutes that we had an agent call and it was monica wert. she was energic and respectful and we knew from the first meeting she was a tiger and would help us in anyway she could. as time drew on and the roller coaster ride was on , monica experience all the emotions that we did going through the paper workand alll the faxing we had to do . monica always told us what to expect and helped when there was problems, or would take the time to explain what i needed to do or how i should handle things . she is a great person and friend.. this lady kept in contact and help with everything . she was alway s on the ball and made sure we were okay . at the closing i knew that she had becomeour friend and family.
