Buyer reviewWe met Monica before when dealing with home shopping and selling. It was a pleasure to work with her again. She is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. We enjoyed working with her. And, I must add, she has an amazing laugh that just puts joy in my day. Loved working with her and would gladly call her again, if the need for her services arise. Buyer reviewWhen we were looking for a secluded home to return to Pa, we were fortunate to have found Monica Wert. She traveled all over three counties even to the Maryland border looking for the perfect home for me and my wife. When we found the one, Monica was knowledgable about how the process worked from the offer to the closing. She went out of her way to help us find a home inspector and even walked the house with them since we were living out of state. I do not want to think how different it would have been if we had a different agent. Monica Wert rocked and she has made us raving fans. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Buyer reviewMonica was there for me from the beginning. She explained everything in simple terms so I could understand. If I had a question, she was happy to give me an answer or if she didn't know she would find the answer. Monica was always polite and respectful. If I wanted to talk to my family privately she would "disappear". She made sure she pointed out something if it was broke or not looking in good shape. Sometimes I think she was happier for me than I was for myself. As far as I'm concerned, she's tops!!!!!

She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, but what is so very special about her, is her ability to utilize all of the above with tremendous people skills and then kick in some strong assertiveness when needed. And plssss believe me, the process of purchasing your home comes with a lot of moving parts that really require a skilled and experienced agent who will keep things moving, so that you will be able to meet that ever important closing date and begin to enjoy your new home. In a nutshell, let me reiterate one more time. She was and is just fantastic!!! I have dedicated my entire life to working with and helping people, as I am an honorably retired State Trooper and a registered nurse. Everything in my review of Monica is 100% true. I found Monica just by luck, but hopefully now I have helped a few more people with this review, enabling them to work with and agent, whether buy or selling who will ensure they have lasting memories of a very positive experience. Seller reviewMonica done a great job promoting our property. She took great pictures. Monica wrote a good profile of the property. Monica was our second realtor we had, I wish we went with her first. I can't say enough about Century 21. We bought a home in Florida with Century 21. The realtor suggested Century 21 and that is how met Monica.
