She was regularly available and made a point to answer any and every question we had. She pressed the seller's agent for price negotiation and got the best deal possible. Muna went above and beyond as our agent. She was either available for calls and texts or followed up within the hour. She always had a happy and polite disposition even during stressful negotiations. Her professionalism and knowledge of her profession shined through and walked us through every detail of the buying process. Muna was the best possible agent we could hope for. She knows the San Diego area and her industry very well. We will definitely select her as our agent for any future home buying or selling transactions.

Buyer reviewWe can't speak highly enough of our experience with Muna Khurshid. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about the home buying process. Muna is honest and always had our best interest at heart, and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war (10 other offers on the home) ultimately it was thanks to her that our offer was accepted. During escrow we encountered some issues with our lender, but Muna was always there to step in and make sure that things were being taken care of!! This was a crazy roller coaster adventure, and we are so glad we had Muna to experience it with us!! (She truly is a miracle worker!!!) We now consider Muna a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home.

Buyer reviewMuna took care of me 3 years ago when I was thinking of getting a house, I was indecisive so I took a break to travel. I got married, pregnant and one day decided to look at houses, we loved a house call her after three years, she was a family function and still answer my call and right away made calls And got my husband and I preapproved. We looked at a couple houses, and we finally found our dream house, with everything we wanted. Muna listened to everything we wanted and she got it for us, we are so appreciative to her, she is by far the best I've had and known !!! Muna we are so grateful for you and our family loves you !!!
