Muna is amazing! Our home buying process was long, complicated, and stressful but Muna was very patient and caring.

Muna is a great real estate agent. She really cared to know what my husband and I were looking for: what we liked/didn't like. She worked around our schedule when house hunting, would let us know her opinion and that was very important to us. Once we found our house, she was on top of everything! Even after we received our keys, Muna still kept in contact with us.

Our overall sales experience was excellent and far more enjoyable than we anticipated.This had a lot to do with the relationship we've built with Muna and the overall comfortability that was established. We are very grateful to have been paired with Muna. There was no doubt in our mind that she had everything under control and knew what she was doing the entire process. We trusted her completely and she did not let us down. Ms. Khurshid was professional and friendly which made the process enjoyable and less stressful.

I wanted an aggressive agent that would fight to get me the best deal. Muna was confidant in her abilities to get me what I wanted and that made me confident she could. Other agents I spoke to gave me excuses on why I might not get what I wanted but that was not Muna. She was great at explaining every process we went through and answering all our questions. She kept in touch and made sure that our experience with Ecrow and our mortgage lender was going the way it should. She was a pleasure to work with. She was always accessible and if she couldn't speak at the moment she would check in with me and let me know she would call me back. She was great at understanding what I was looking for which made the whole process of looking at houses easier. My experience was amazing and I would highly recommend Muna to all my friends and family.

We found Muna accidentally but it turned out to be the absolute best fit for us! She was always trying to find homes that fit my wants as well as my husband's, she would explain the neighborhoods because she knew we have children. We felt very cared for by Muna and that's why we stayed with her instead of searching for someone else. Muna took the time to explain the whole house buying process to me when I didn't understand it. She was great with communication and when she didn't have the answers, she found them or got us in touch or on a three way call with the people with whom we needed to talk. She was professional, yet personable and handled everything in a timely manner. She also worked well with our schedule and would even meet us on short notice to show us houses, knowing my husband would be deploying soon and we needed to find a property fast. We had a bunch of hoops to jump through to get us our house, but Muna was encouraging and supportive the whole time. She fought hard for us and we are extremely grateful. Overall, this is the best experience I could have asked for working with an agent. I wouldn't go to anyone else and if I'm ever in need of an agent again, I hope she si still in the business!
