I appreciated her ability to advise me post home inspection; and when a situation took place with financing, she was there to help and support us in every possible way possible. Muna worked closely with us, we always felt like she was taking care of us and she genuinely looked out for our best interest. She was very transparent with us on all transactions. When she would take our concerns we felt very confident that she knew what we were looking for and or what we wanted to convey to the previous owners. If there was any doubt in our mind about anything she would not leave us without helping us fell reassured that together we had a good plan. Very professional, confident and exudes the highest quality of what an agent should represent. We highly recommend her and would pick her again if we needed another home. Highly recommended, she made our experience an amazing one. This is our first home and we couldn't have picked a better agent to represent us. Muna always kept her professional demeanor no matter how difficult the other agents got, she also never wavered from her mission to give us the her best. She worked around our schedule when house hunting, would let us know her opinion and that was very important to us. Once we found our house, she was on top of everything! Even after we received our keys, Muna still kept in contact with us.

Other agents I spoke to gave me excuses on why I might not get what I wanted but that was not Muna. She was great at explaining every process we went through and answering all our questions. She kept in touch and made sure that our experience with Ecrow and our mortgage lender was going the way it should. She was a pleasure to work with. She was always accessible and if she couldn't speak at the moment she would check in with me and let me know she would call me back. She was great at understanding what I was looking for which made the whole process of looking at houses easier. My experience was amazing and I would highly recommend Muna to all my friends and family.
