Nadia Hocks sold our house in a week! We were expecting this to be a long drawn out ordeal. It was far from that. She was knowledgeable, tenacious, and made us her priority. I would recommend her to anyone. She was on top of it from day one!

The whole process was a dream come true experience for my family. My house was put on the market and had a contract pending in a week! Nadia and I are close friends, but she didn't take advantage of our choice to put our trust in her! She was serious and hard at work from the moment she was hired. She has excellent networking and communication skills and we could not have asked for more. We are extremely grateful.

I think I've said it all in the previous comments. Summary: Nadia was a super agent who gave 110% effort to the process. She kept me informed and advised me on many occasions. Her knowledge of real estate and the local area was invaluable. I consider her not only a superb agent, but a good friend. There were some sticky issues, like price; however, Nadia was very supportive in explaining the details of how it was determined, and what was a reasonable offer, considering the Lindale market. She was very fair (just the facts) and logical in her advise. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I was never disappointed in any of her actions. She stayed on top of everything throughout the whole process. She checked with me regularly during some of the transition periods (example: waiting for loan to be approved, and to be funded). It's a "no-brainer" about recommending Nadia to others. I'd feel VERY comfortable knowing they'd have a great an experience as I did. In addition, I had contacted another local, well established broker months before I met Nadia. The previous broker was, IMO, inattentive. Nadia contacted me during this time and I told her I was working with another broker. However, she kept in contact and kept emailing me with listings. It was done in a most professional manner, very polite, and was not annoying- just informative. I was greatly impressed with her patience and persistence. I finally decided that she should be my agent. So my experience with Nadia was a complete 180 degree flip.. "Night and Day" !! No suggestions for improvement; Nadia was extremely professional. She is a great agent to represent your firm. I think in time you will see how invaluable she is. I'll also add, before this I didn't know her. Therefore, my assessment is about as unbiased as it can be. Regardless, Nadia has changed my whole experience and opinion about realtors. She should keep doing her job EXACTLY the same as she does now. Fantastic !

Professional, detail oriented, no nonsense, but always smiling and can do attitude. I'll miss seeing her now that the sale is completed.
