As a first time home buyer, we found a foreclosure that had recently been taken off of the market. Once we chose our product, Nadia went into aggressive mode to contact all of the right people to get us the best deal possible and to make sure we didn't pay a penny more than we agreed to, sending paperwork back to the seller's agent and seller up to 3x in some cases. She also kept us updated throughout the entire process. All of this allowed us to close in under 30 days. During this process I made the decision to propose to my girlfriend and to include her in the deal. Nadia went above and beyond to both assist with the proposal and make sure she personalized her communication style when speaking with each of us, helping to ease the inherent stress on both of us. She absolutely delivered on Century 21's commitment to turn transactions into relationships. I started this process skeptical of what a real estate agent could offer, but after doing business with Nadia, I refuse to do another real estate transaction without one.

Nadia is hands down AMAZING. When we wanted to let up, or didn't think we could afford the property, she fought for us and helped us WIN! Not only that, but she knows her stuff. She's consistent and honest which is most important to me. If asked to rate her on a scale of 1-10, she'd be given a 10 from us!
