After spending childhood summers in Hendersonville, Nancy chose to move to the area in 1976. Although born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, Nancy considers Western North Carolina home, She married and raised her three children here. After working for WHKP for 10 years, Nancy became a full-time Realtor in 1986. Nancy's interests include golf and tennis, and she is an avid hiker and a great information resource for trails in the area. However, c ommunity involvement has always been most important. She has served on various committees and boards, including the Hendersonville City Zoning board, Laurel Park Town Council, Hendersonville Country Club Board and, currently, the Ecusta Trail Advisory Board. "I feel it's important, as a local Realtor, to be informed with the facts of a community and to have an awareness of the area's strengths and concerns," she says.
Nancy has been a Realtor for nearly four decades and is a multimillion-dollar producer. She prides herself on a commitment to customer service. "As a Realtor," Nancy adds, "I've never strived to be the biggest, but instead to offer the very best service for my clients. Developing an understanding of a customer's needs and wants is critical."

Next, she kept me informed about the comments of everyone who looked at it, and made suggestions regarding what I could do to make the house more attractive to buyers. She offered suggestions regarding how to deal with the offers. She took care of all the changes and repairs that the inspector recommended, which saved me an enormous amount of time and trouble. She was pleasant and cheerful to work with.

Buyer reviewNancy McKinley went way above the call of duty to help help us with buying our piece of land for a new house. We initially used a common website to find lots for sale but were frustrated by the lack of information and poor search results. Nancy searched through the MLS listings using our criteria and found us a great property. We do not live in the area and we needed to secure a septic permit before we committed to the property. Nancy met with the city's inspector and helped to speed along the permit process by digging holes and marking lot lines. She followed up during the entire process and was able to recommend other key people to help us when necessary with other tasks. She knew many of the people in town, including our future neighbors. She has been a great asset and will continue to be a connection for us as we progress in building a house.
