After spending childhood summers in Hendersonville, Nancy chose to move to the area in 1976. Although born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, Nancy considers Western North Carolina home, She married and raised her three children here. After working for WHKP for 10 years, Nancy became a full-time Realtor in 1986. Nancy's interests include golf and tennis, and she is an avid hiker and a great information resource for trails in the area. However, c ommunity involvement has always been most important. She has served on various committees and boards, including the Hendersonville City Zoning board, Laurel Park Town Council, Hendersonville Country Club Board and, currently, the Ecusta Trail Advisory Board. "I feel it's important, as a local Realtor, to be informed with the facts of a community and to have an awareness of the area's strengths and concerns," she says.
Nancy has been a Realtor for nearly four decades and is a multimillion-dollar producer. She prides herself on a commitment to customer service. "As a Realtor," Nancy adds, "I've never strived to be the biggest, but instead to offer the very best service for my clients. Developing an understanding of a customer's needs and wants is critical."

She can easily recap what your home preferences and requirements are and can envision what may suite your needs. As a seller's agent she is very thorough and complete when evaluating all similar homes in your area and appraising what the market will bear for any home. She is very knowledgeable and helpful on how to stage a house and prepare it for sale. You may not always like her objective and balanced appraisal but you can be assured that she isn't under or over pricing the home in relationship to your location, it's unique qualifications and what the current market dimensions dictate. She interacts with all individuals with a respect and true interest that allows her to minimize stress whether you are buying or selling your home. Bottom line, there are many reasons why Nancy has been consistently top performer in Henderson County and the surrounding areas for the many, many years she has been a realtor.
