Nathan serves on the Leadership Team of CENTURY 21 Integra as the Senior Vice President of Growth, overseeing recruiting and mergers & acquisition activities for the company's entire footprint of offices in 10+ states. Nathan came to CENTURY 21 in 2005 as a REALTOR and has a property management and public relations background. Since then, he has had the honor of helping hundreds of clients sell and buy homes. In addition, CENTURY 21 has recognized Nathan with the prestigious President's Producer Award for his commitment to a high level of customer service and productivity; this award is only given to a small percentage of CENTURY 21 agents. He obtained his managing broker's license in 2017 and served as a manager in Naperville, Illinois, overseeing the growth and operations of a top-ranking CENTURY 21 Illinois office, before taking on the role of Vice President of Growth for his previous company's 48 offices.

    I've known Nate since middle school, but that is not why I enlisted his help in selling my parents' home. For some time, I have observed his evident passion for real estate and helping clients, seen testimonials both from people I knew and didn't know, and witnessed his strong sales record in Bolingbrook. I was pleased to have all of my beliefs confirmed after working with him. He displayed a strong knowledge of the intricacies of the Bolingbrook real estate market, provided ample support and guidance when determining a list price, worked with a photographer to present the property extremely well, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Upon listing, we were lucky enough to have very low competition, which resulted in thirty-some scheduled showings and multiple offers within a few days on the market. (A good problem to have, for sure!) Nate deftly navigated the flurry of activity, communicating and strategizing with me each step of the way, and we ultimately went under contract above list price.
