Nathan serves on the Leadership Team of CENTURY 21 Integra as the Senior Vice President of Growth, overseeing recruiting and mergers & acquisition activities for the company's entire footprint of offices in 10+ states. Nathan came to CENTURY 21 in 2005 as a REALTOR and has a property management and public relations background. Since then, he has had the honor of helping hundreds of clients sell and buy homes. In addition, CENTURY 21 has recognized Nathan with the prestigious President's Producer Award for his commitment to a high level of customer service and productivity; this award is only given to a small percentage of CENTURY 21 agents. He obtained his managing broker's license in 2017 and served as a manager in Naperville, Illinois, overseeing the growth and operations of a top-ranking CENTURY 21 Illinois office, before taking on the role of Vice President of Growth for his previous company's 48 offices.

    I was looking to list my home for sale when the mailer arrived. The information on the homes sold by Nathan and the areas they were in was crucial in my decision-making. I did some research on the individual listing and was comfortable reaching out to Nathan. His knowledge of the community property sales was evident during our initial conversation. Nathan is the consummate professional. I never had to wait for any response to my questions. He came prepared with a binder containing a market analysis on the area, ready to sign the contract to represent me as my agent. Nathan is easy to speak with and understood my concerns. The whole process was smooth and easy. I had no doubts my home would sale quickly. There were no sleepless nights involved. Nathan answered every question quickly. In the listing the photos of my home were nice enough to make me want to buy it again. A family member saw the listing posted around town so I know it was well advertised.

Nathan and I had the same price in mind. At that point he was the correct person to list my townhouse for sale and sign that night.
