Nathan had a very good reputation in the area and that was very important for us! Nathan was a pleasure to work with. He was always available when we needed to talk to him and he also was a good listener with how we wanted to sell the property. Our property was very unique and it was going to take a good marketing approach to get it sold for the price we were looking for. Nathan was up to the challenge! Nate was so helpful in getting the house sold quickly. It was a difficult time for me and my sisters (selling our Dad's house) and Nate was so great at making the process stress free and quick. I am out of state, so Nate's frequent emails and phone calls keeping me apprised of progress every step of the process was very appreciated.
