He answered our questions quickly and honestly and explained the parts of the process we didn't understand. He made the whole process for us painless. He took into consideration everything that was important to us and found us the perfect home.

I contacted him to sell my mother's house as part of her estate, and from the very first phone call, Nate was always responsive to my questions and was communicative about interest from potential buyers. I never felt as though I was missing any information about the sale of the property, and I always felt as though Nate was invested in selling the property as quickly as possible and for the best price possible. I placed full trust in Nate to sell the house while I handled other parts of the estate, and he did not disappoint at all. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic realtor, I don't see how you could do much better than Nate.

We have had great confidence in our attorney through the process so his recommendation was a trusted one. Nate was awesome through the sale process. Talked with us about our goals in selling the house and gave recommendations to accomplish it. As I live out of the area, I especially appreciated Nate's help in recommending local businesses for presale repairs. Great communication and keeping me in the loop. Selling my parents' home, the home I grew up in so full of memories, was not always the easiest emotionally. Nate was very understanding and helped make the process smooth as it could be. It is so apparent that Nate loves what he does as a realtor and truly cares about working as a team with his clients. Highly recommend!! The homemade cookies at settlement were an added bonus :-)
